This one day workshop is based on Francesca Naisch's teachings of Natural Fertility & Contraception.
As a qualified naturopath and lecturer with over a decade of experience, Narelle, a 'Natural Fertility Counsellor' will overview the physiology of the reproductive system, teach you how to read temperature charts in order to evaluate hormone levels in women; detect bodily changes which reflect fertile times and co-ordinate and balance the monthly cycle to promote fertility or natural contraception.
